Está limpio, es muy pequeño, aceptan tarjeta, son amables, la cama es incómoda porque está chueca, la toalla estaba muy desgastada, te dan una botella de agua, un jabón pequeño y un sobre de shampoo
Es un hotel para llegar a dormir cuenta con lo necesario y los que piden agua caliente están bien weyes están en villahermosa! Quien pide agua caliente :)
La atención de la encargada fue genial, te indica cómo llegar a los puntos más visitados de Palenque. Nos brindó muchas opciones para visitar en la ciudad. Nos habló sobre las tradiciones de la gente en la ciudad. Conoce de rutas y costos. La pizza que preparan en ese hotel está riquísima y ahí fabrican una cerveza artesanal que deben de probar se los recomiendo. Prácticamente está en un punto en que tienes todo a la mano, tiendas, colectivos, restaurantes. Esta genial! Además muy económico!

Excelente lugar para descansar, limpio, precio económico, la atención es buena, el único detalles es que tienes que solicitar te abran para ingresar al hotel ya que la recepción está al cruzar la calle
Excelente habitación y atención. Lo que no me gustó es que obligan hacer un depósito en caso de maltratar inmueble, pero regresan el dinero a la salida.
